Fast Fret can help. I refill mine with pure mineral oil, which is cheap.
The other thing I learned is to not slide your finger up the string with the pad of your fingertip. Roll your finger to the side when going up and down the string. There are no fingerprints on the side.
I've seen some guys who with practice do this extremely quickly and with a clear reduction in string squeaks.

I stockpile TI flats when they are on sale. Unused they last forever. On the guitar I get about a year out of the wound strings and change the plains every couple of months.
