Basically here is why. My Gibson really isn't a great jazz amp. The Yamaha apparently is. From what I've read they are good for acoustics too BUT I can't find any Solid opinions on this. I dont have a major use for an acoustic amp sonof I could find one that did both that would be great. I have a Godin montreal that I blend the acoustic and electric signal with. I dont want to get into buying a new Acoustic amp until I start gigging, if I ever start gigging

Shit, thats a good price. I'll pass for now tho. By the time I ad shipping to canada to the total it would be a bit more than I am looking to spend. I've yet to pick up the yamaha as well. I appreciate the lesson and the offer. thanks

Oh it's not worth the shipping for sure! About the amp do a search on the forum and PM the member who have one - they might give you input on using it with acoustics, maybe even record some clips if you're lucky
