Wonderful! The amazing acoustic sound and firm low end have to be from the basic design. Even my ER1-7 has them. From the day I got mine, players and singers with whom I work have complimented the sound more than that of any other guitar I've had.

"Firm" is the exact word I was searching for! One feels it as much as hear it.

If there’s any annoying tendency toward neck dive, many ER owners go to wood tuner buttons. Some metal ones weigh enough to make a difference. WD has excellent light and inexpensive options, if a little less headstock mass will matter to you.
