It was a pleasure read your post, Max. Congrats with your GB10. I’ve had one for a few years and I’ve enjoyed so many happy hours of playing on it. Despite its super comfortable neck I still got hand issues when comping. I feel the GB10 needs a set of 12s or 13s to sound at its best and I just can’t handle that. So I went back to a T-shaped object and a hollowbody PRS and my jazz needs are well-served. But I miss that GB10 a lot. Hang on to yours!

Hi Oscar, I’m sorry. I responded to this last night but my message never made it. It was most likely my fault.
I appreciate your post. I have problems with my left hand too. Last night I played my L5 for about 1.5hrs and couldn't put it down, well, until my left hand started cramping. But surprisingly, my shoulder didn’t make a peep the whole time!
I have a question. What is a “T shaped object”? I assumed it was a Tele, but I wasn’t sure.
    Take care, Joe D

JD, I am pretty sure that a T shaped object is a non-Fender Telecaster. They are often called T Type guitars (with Strats being called S Type guitars) And with Fender doing a crackdown on non-Fender variants, we all may be well advised to use the "codewords".
