Any decent amp that has good cleans can be a jazz amp.
The Boss Katana is a very useful jazz amp. Needs a bit of work to get there; you need to download an update that unlocks its ‘hidden’ amps. I use a Fender amp emulation, and it’s great. (This topic has been covered on this forum; I think I posted in a thread about it a few years ago.)
A Marshall DSL combo is a great jazz amp. Stay on the Clean channel, run the mids a bit higher than usual to offset the ‘scoop’, and you’re in business.
Both those amps have 12” speakers. I’ve found that I generally like the sound of a 12 or 15 for jazz guitar. I’ve rarely heard 10” or smaller that have the fullness I like for this purpose.
