I just looked at one of these for my tricone. The thin Lace pickup spec on Djangobooks is stated to be 0.275” thick. I’m assuming it’s the same pickup, but I don’t know if it’s been changed, if one of these descriptions is wrong, or if there are two versions. The 0.025” difference is enough to matter if you’re fitting it to a guitar with a fingerboard extension very close to the top. Only a few thou too little clearance can cause buzzing.

I don’t think the Lace Sensors have much magnetic pull, so that’s probably not a concern. But I’d check with Lace before buying if that difference might matter on the guitar on which you plan to put it.

That pickup looks very interesting to say the least. I love their gold regular single coil sized pickups. One of the best strat pickups available.
