Has anyone ever dealt with this Chinese “sourcing company?”It looks like they are middlemen for guitar manufacturers in China. They claim their instruments are handmade. The guitars they advertise have no prices.

Just seen, RJVB was faster.

I've used Yolanda Team a couple of times for getting Wu built guitars. My experiences were fine, but there seems to have been at least one other member here whose experience was not as good. I haven't been paying close attention for the past couple of years, so I can't swear to anything recent.
-
Saw them at Shanghai Music Expo last fall. They are nice guitars, aesthetically not my thing, but nice. Definetely hadmade.
-
Ms Lora of Yolanda team used to post here before, but we've not heard from her here for several years
-
The recent post reportedly of one of their guitars is extremely concerning. The communication was extremely lacking on that guitar. And the end result was lacking.
Who knows where Lora is now. My guess is that she’s no longer taking orders for Wu.

This customer paid $500 more to have his guitar made by Wu.

Does Wu stand behind his product, and does he offer a refund to any buyer who is unhappy with the product he receives?
-
Well this just became a bit academic with the postal service cancellations.

If you mean you contracted "long covid" : sorry to hear that and best of luck!

For refund,I try to ,but depends on what situation it is. For a handmaking guitar, we just try our best to meet your requests.

I just looked for Yolanda Team guitars on the internet, as I was asked about my yunzhi built guitar on a Session yesterday and found this thread. I had the pleasure of ordering one to my exact specifications in 2021 or 2022, I don't remember.
I wrote Lora an E-mail with the exact specifications I wanted, an sent a few Example pictures I found via google, that were showing some of my design thoughts.
Lora explained to me, what the differences between different guitar builders in China were, and suggested that "Yunzhi" builds my guitar. After a while I got pictures of the prepared guitar top, to check whether sound holes and wood quality were okay for me.
The communication went alike over different steps of the production process, that way they made sure I really got the exact instrument I wanted. In the end the manufacturer put on a different pickguard than I ordered, so I told Lora via mail, and they changed it before sending the guitar to Germany.
After a few months (3 I think) counted from ordering date, I picked up the package from the local post office and paid much less customs than I anticipated.
There were two minor flaws on the guitar that I repaired myself. The woodwork, frets, wood quality was all better than I expected. I'm very happy with that guitar and play it a lot.
The electonics worked fine, but the pickup was not good enough to match the quality of the actual instrument. I learned that a 7-String archtop is something really rare in Germany and had to import a handmade Kent Armstrong floating PAF via a dealer in Seattle, who was able to send it to Germany.
I built new electronics with a push-pull volume pot, so I can switch between series and parallel mode on the Kent Armstrong floating PAF Humbucker.
Since then, the guitar is an absolute delight, I can use it in different settings, sounds and plays like a charm, and with the flame maple back and sides, it also is a true eye catcher.
I can recommend to try that service.
