    July 4th sale, only today. Aviator Cub UK, $420. (Kinda odd for them to put just the UK version up for sale today, and not the US version!)

    Where are you seeing it for $420? I'm only seeing it for $699 on their US website as well as the retail sites I use.

    It was a special email invite. They had 4 days of July 4th sales. I guess you have to be subscribed to Quilter's newsletter to see it.

    I am going to avoid temptation by NOT subscribing to that newsletter.

    Quilter does charge more for the US models of the Cub and Superblock for the same reason McDonalds charges more for the Big Mac meal than they do for the 2 cheeseburgers meal. When something is more popular, people will pay more for it.
