Hi all- i recently purchased this one on an impulse, but have concluded it was one too many and I have plenty of other similar guitars. You don’t know when you have too many until you buy that “One too many”.

I’ll lose money on this one, but so be it. My loss is your gain.

Wonderful instrument with a new setup, new strings, and new Benedetto B6 pickup installed. I love the single pickup configuration and the slightly different vibe and tone it provides relative to two pickup models. Custom Almond Burst (exceptionally well done), fretboard markers, and a headstock stinger. Great instrument, and I’d like to keep it, but I’m my guitar rack is full and I dont really need it.

$3,800 shipped CONUS. Listed on Reverb for more, plus shipping, but if you’d like to go that route let me know and I’ll still a forum member discount. Pictures are from Wolfe Guitars listing (where i bought it). Open to trades (i know i said i have one too many, but if you’ve got something cool that I might want and we can make a deal, I’ll certainly consider it). Note- pictures show original Schaller Golden 50’s pickup, not the black Benedetto B6). Original pickup will be included.

    Beautiful Eagle!

Buy with confidence from this excellent seller.

It would help if you'd give the guitars specs. Unlike the specs for the standard eagle classic, they are difficult to find online and may vary. (They are not shown on Heritage's website.)

I remember seeing this on Mark's site. I would love to take it off your hands, but the dot inlays turn me off ... call me what you will lol

$3,500 shipped CONUS. I’ve got my eye on something else that recently came up for sale, but need to sell this one first…make a reasonable offer.

That's easy to take care of. You can get cheap dot inlay stickers to cover them. I've used them for years. Even different colors and pearls. Or, a guitar tech once removed them for me and filled the holes with ebony powder/glue. Or hardening ebony filler. You'd never know it's not original.

Am I correct that the nut width is 1 & 11/16" and that the scale in 25 & 1/2"? If possible, could you measure the neck depth at both frets 1 and 9 for me - thanks!

I haven’t measured it my self but I was told 1 11/16. Yes 25.5 scale. Medium profile neck. Sorry- I don’t have a caliper to measure neck depth, so I’d rather not guess at that.

I will say that is is a very comfortable playing neck. Not thin or skinny, not fat. Feels right to me but your impression might be different.

I guess you're a human. We all have idiosyncracies. I like abalone, but dots and blocks work, too.

Focus on the woods and the finish!

Folks- I bought the other guitar so I need to sell this one. Motivation is up a bit to pay for the semi hollow I just bought to fill the gap in my lineup.

so - make a reasonable offer and get a great deal on a great instrument. Let’s get this beauty in the hands of someone who will enjoy it.

Some of these are parallel braced and some are X braced. With the latter, Heritage trims a little of the bracing by the pickup. Usually they are parallel braced but not always.

Personally, I have no preference since this likely is going to be amplified.

The woods and the finish are gorgeous. This is about as classy as it gets. The guy who sprayed this finish is legendary and has been doing finishes since the Norlin era. The guy who sourced the woods for this was the guy who had sourced for Gibson for a long time, and he kept his connections when Gibson moved down south.
