This is the limited edition Fender American Deluxe Precision Bass, one of the most versatile basses from Fender. This bass has been upgraded with Bartolini Pickups, and the Bartolini (HR-4.6APJ/918) 3 band EQ active preamp. This preamp has push/pull on the volume to turn on or off, blend control, push/pull on the mid control for +/- 13dB @ 250 or 800Hz to fatten your tone etc, also has bass and treble controls.
A huge improvement over the original Fender active preamp. The bridge was also upgrade with a new Hipshot bridge, and the knobs were upgraded with Sadowsky style knobs. This bass can dish out what ever style you want, from Rock, Blues, Jazz, Gospel, Funk, Ska, etc... The upgrades are less than 6 months old! The frets are 80% and the bass is fully setup and ready for action. It comes with a deluxe Gator bag. A lot of bass for the money, if you want a bass that sets you apart from the rest, this is it!
