Would be nice to have one of these. Too bad there are so many bidders already.

They initially listed it as a Buy It Now (at $2,200), but it didn't sell, so now they're auctioning it.
I suppose it's a good guitar amp? - it's categorized as a bass guitar amplifier.Last edited by Mick-7; 01-10-2026 at 03:28 PM.

Victoria makes great amps. They're often overpriced in the 2nd hand market and sit - probably because Victoria has increased their retail prices significantly over the years, but sometimes people will price them for a little more than what they bought them for a long time ago and you can grab a deal.
I picked up a Double Deluxe (4x 6v6 5E3, 2x12 cabinet) for $1100 locally last year.
The amp in this auction IS technically a bass amp as it's a clone of the Fender 5f6a circuit. It was originally designed for bass. 4 10s were used in the 50s to help with blowing speakers, but guitarists found it sounds amazing for electric guitar.
At $1500 now -> $1800 with tax+shipping, it's not a bad price, not great, imo.

Not related to Victoria but a darling little Sound Projects Co. (a.k.a., Lectrolab) R200B tube amp, supposedly circa 1950's:

Final bid was $1635 + $2.50 handling (and tax), not a bad deal.
