PRS Custom 24 Piezo

Just in time for the new year, 2017 PRS Custom 24 Piezo, ex+ cond. The C24-P is one of PRS top of the line core guitars. Purchased new by me, I am the original owner. Used only for a couple of music theater pit gigs each year. Other than that, never left my smoke/pet free home studio. I used this theater scores when I needed very quick changes between electric and acoustic. Extremely versatile setup. Great for all styles, can do Gibson fat or Fender twang. You can switch between electric and acoustic, run them separately, or even blend them together to any degree. In fact, the neck bucker with some piezo blended in sounds a lot like an acoustic archtop. The Baggs Piezo system sounds like a brilliant authentic acoustic, and the trem bridge is super stable.

The color is officially “Orange Tiger,” but the spraying came out closer to a beautiful dark woody brown. The back is a dark transparent burgundy. I added some custom matching rosewood parts: Pickup rings, knobs (with matching pearl inlaid bird pointers), and switch tip. All the original plastic parts are included, as are all the other original case accessories. Although not a perfect case-queen, it is close, in excellent+ condition. The neck is perfectly straight with very low action, and the frets are practically like new. There are a few small marks here and there that you really have to look closely at the right light angle to see, and one beautifully touched up nick at the headstock point. The hard case is practically mint, because it has NEVER been used and just kept wrapped in storage. From day one I only used a pro gig bag.

These go for around $5k-$6k new, or more, depending on finish, etc. I’d like to clear $3k after shipping (from 14221 Western New York State) and fees.
