Hey everyone! So I have an Ernie Ball account for standard strings I order for the builds I do for my guitar brand, RetroSound Guitars. I bought 12 sets of these flatwounds and have to buy 12 sets to get my pricing. Figured I’d try them and offer a few sets at a discounted price for anyone who might be interested in trying them. I’ll do a set for $13 shipped.

I do! I've been using Daddario Chromes for a long time but I'm pretty sold on the EB's now. Partly because I get them at a discount but that wouldn't be enough for me to switch if I didn't actually like the sound and feel. They are definitely worth a try if for no other reason than to satisfy your curiosity.

I use the 12-52 slinky roundwounds. Having a flatwound the same gauge, same manufacturer, would please me.

I'd be interested in trying a set or two, please!

I just ordered a set of Chromes to try on a new ES-165 I purchased, being a long time TI Swing player on my other guitars... Figured I'd try a cheaper alternative that many other use successfully. Let's add EB to the test bed!
