GLWTS! As said many times before, my 1999 Peerless is the last guitar to leave the house. The back of yours has an unusually stark figuring. Mine has improved over the years and, for a laminated archtop, has a strong acoustic voice. Can't think of a better choice for big band comping around the price point. To me, worth well over 1K.

Funny story. I owned this guitar for about 4 or 5 years before I sold it in 2015 to a guy in NJ. Last spring I turned 65 and went looking for a birthday gift. Saw this on GCs site, compared the images of the back and it was in NJ, realized it was the one so I bought it! Again!
We bought a house and are looking at retirement. I’m whittling down the gear so it and almost all of the standard guitars are on the block. All priced right, basically my investment and here exclusively for the first week.

I'm somewhat confused by your pics, some with pickup and pickguard, some without, are they included?

Yes the Pickguard and pickup are included. I used it as an acoustic and took the guard off. It has been reinstalled.
