Large Guy's Grids chord book (UK)

Very large and well produced spiral bound chord book / study guide. I bought this in the US on a work trip. Have not used it so excellent condition. Very large (and heavy) - dimensions in photos. Well regarded based on reviews I've seen though will only work if you read it - I don't have the discipline / appetite. Asking £40 plus shipping. I'm in Formby, North of Liverpool, incase anyone is local enough to collect.

I have this book. It’s the largest guitar grid book anyone will ever buy. I heartily recommend it, as it’s becoming very rare!
