    If you're referring to the headstock, probably a Japanese seller as that's the only place I've seen those marketed.

    As you said an Epiphone Elite/Elitist Byrdland with "Open-Book" headstock is very rare. Those intrumenst were for internal Japanese market only.

    Even more rare the "Orville By Gibson" Byrdland which I suppose were built in very low numbers for a very short period.

    Nope, never did.

    I’m going to try to hold out for the blonde reissue Gibson L5 CT with single neck pickup that was sold at Norman’s a while back that exists on the planet somewhere.
