Picked this up on Temu for $52 - free shipping. Supposed to be good for 300# but not sure I'd trust it that far but not terrible quality. adjusts 21"-29" with adjustable footrest. Just don't give them a credit card - use PayPal.

I need a stool like this but too cheap to buy one. I sit on a 4 leg folding chair and it is a PIA as it does not swivel. I have thought of doing this maybe I need to think more about it.
