Here's an L5 you don't see every day. Not sure what to think of it. The pickguard def. has to go! :-)

I can see no difference from the Lee Rit model except for the color.

Scale length maybe?

It should be rare, as in "red headed step child " rare! I get the feeling that someone had this guitar custom made and Gibson never told them that they had no sense of colour or design!!!

/methinks the L5 really has become the Golf of the guitar world - there are so many different variations that are usually so far from the original that one wonders why Gibson still have other model names in their catalog!
I dig the colour though. Gives it an Eastman vibe with a less awkward headstock

Both are 25.5

Well at least 3 out of 5 of those you posted look ok.

And remember boys, thems Canuck $$$. $7,650 greenbacks seems like a decent price for any kind of L5 these days.

I seem to remember seeing that Trogly guy unboxing a full-size version of this.
-
I think you need to add this new one with the red toilet seat pickguard.

If I hadn’t promised my wife no more guitars I’d do it. I already have a replacement guard.
