Very, very nice! Great sound, great playing! Sweet and elegant.

On my system, and with my elderly ears, I would have liked to hear a bit more of your comping guitar and the bass in the mix. A little less of the percussive tik-tik. But that's not on the players, that's probably just me and my set-up. And a stupid nit to even mention, really, because...

    Overall, super nice indeed!

Elegant is a lovely way to put it. Lovey tone from the Archtop Tribute and lovely playing from your good self (and everyone for that matter!)

Thanks to all of you! I appreciate your kind words!
The goal of the recording was to have a demo for corporate gigs, etc. .
I will probably post more vids when they are ready.

Music is good when players have something to tell. Great rendition. Will you come to my party?

Good confirmation of the value offered in that guitar, but I suspect it has as much, if not more to do with your touch and elegant playing and feel. Sounds like classic 175 tone to me! If I didn’t already have one, those Archtop Classics would be a strong contender for both tone and price.

Like it? Love it!!! That’s classic Bossa Nova!

    Thx for keeping BN alive!

The Sax sounds like a Selmer Mk VI!

Thanks again to all of you!
Yes, the Archtop AT 105 does the 175 thing very well. It came with a wooden bridge that I changed for a tom bridge for more sustain and a fatter tone.
A friend of mine plays a ES 165 (90s) with a set humbucker and I could compare them side by side for a
weekend. I liked his a little bit better, but hearing both on a recording it was hard to say which one sounds better.
