Hi, i have a 1964 Epiphone E462T sorrento. It could really use replacement tuners…
I have all the measurements as follows, looking for a drop in, nickel replacement. I looked at Gotoh, Schaller and Kluson, it doesn’t look like the Kluson will fit due to the screw to screw distance. Anyone have experience with this particular D-169400 older tuner with a drop in replacement???

    Gotoh? SD90 RELIC - G-GOTOH

I took some measurements of the original D-169400:
Post diameter: 6.1 mm. (One concern!)
    Post Height: 24.7 mm
    to Hole height: 20.0 mm
Screw to Screw: 22mm. (Major concern i don’t want to drill new screw holes)

    Thanks, peter

Is your screw hole distance of 22 mm measured from the center of the holes or from the edges?

Center of the hole to center of hole… but it isn’t exact perhaps 23mm. I poked it through a piece of paper to get two ink dot pricks i could measure between.
