Several people made the recommendation for this amp. If I could remember their names I would thank them personally. As recommended by them I picked up a demo model on Sweetwater. After several months this amp is a keeper! Alot of bang for the buck.

I played through one at a rehearsal at someone else's house. It sounded good with both my Archtop Jazz Guitar and my Octave Mandolin.

I almost forgot to mention my old Harmony Mandolin with a top plate surface pickup installed, sounds really good! I mean really good to make me want to play it.

I just started evaluating a used Loudbox Artist with the 45 day GC return policy. I have a funny story about it that I will share later.

I have both the Performer and the Mini Loud Box. I love them both. When I switch to "regular" guitar amp, I miss the clarity, low end, and hi-fi property. Keep in mind this is solo guitar context. Anyone else has similar experiences?

I have a loudbox mini. It is a really nice sounding amp and extremely portable. I especially like the reverb. I would like to have the ability to turn off the tweeter, but it actually sounds fine the way it is.

I agree, it’d be nice to be able disable the tweeter (I have an older model) but I have used the LB Mini in solo as well as group contexts and it’s a fine amp. At the moment, it’s in our living room with a Roland piano and an acoustic guitar plugged into it for spontaneous jams with guests, and I also have a tablet plugged into the AUX for backing tracks.
