You may have to have it rehoused ie, put in a new enclosure. There is a company in Nashville that does that. Not sure if they do it because of the weak jacks or the switch.
I believe it's called xacttone.com. At the least they will have info on what to do about the jacks, they service Nashville studio players, and that pedal is extremely popular among those guys.

Thanks. It's a great pedal. I have been using it on a board as a clean boost (for which it is probably wasted). Can't understand why the plastic has shattered as I always have patch leads connected to it. I don't use it for jazz. I think I'll take it to the guy that fixes my amps.

Any chance you still have the part code? Trying to source a replacement myself.

Be aware that they are a complete pain to install, not helped by the decision to use hot glue to secure them to the board. Your best bet may be a new pedal unless you're good with a soldering iron and very patient/careful.
Hope it helps. I didn't actually follow it up myself. I used the Nobels as a clean boost and dug out my old MXR Micro Amp instead and am still using that - proper jack sockets. I think I'll sort the OD sometime. It's a great pedal.
Please let me know how you get on. Cheers.
