A little funky version of Softly
Playing my Yamaha SA2200 (.012-.052 strings) through a helix gramattico amp and helix gramattico 1x12 EV cab
Been a while since I've done anything funky. And additionally, these strings were definitely kicking my butt.
This is day 17 of my spinal surgery recovery. Going pretty well. Had 2 really bad days out of 17. Not horrible. Neck feels knotted up today so I may end up taking muscle relaxer tonight.
But the journey back to chopsville continues...

Jack that is really good. .I am normally not a fan of the fusion-ish type playing and similar players who names I will not drop, but this is nice. Very defined sound with power and not guitar diarrhea that sometimes take overs. I am glad to see that progress after surgery that has to be positive and a great help. You are managing 12-52 really good and they sound more flexible that a set at the gauge. Probably one reason your sound is so clear and crsip.

Thanks Mark, I appreciate you listening and commenting. I did a classic rock gig a couple months ago and had the rock and blues thing going well at the time but not so much now. It seems I can never have both genres together at the same time. I envy guys who can.
