There are still some nice clean vintage cases out there. This beauty came with my ‘63 L5C.

Problem is most of them are w nice clean vintage guitars, but not all. I have a pretty nice stash. They're part of my 401K which includes vintage amps and guitars.

My 401k is made up of two things, real estate and guitars. I don't trust the criminals of Wall Street. YMMV

I hope no-one minds me resurrecting an old thread. But I've got a '50s Gibson Lifton 17" hardshell case that is surplus to requirements. I believe it is original to a '52 es-350 but I don't know enough about dating these cases. It's not as clean as ones above but much better than many. I'm based in the UK.

I think that case is the same as the one that came with my '32 L7. The handle on mine is completely detached.Vintage Gibson Cases?-my-l4-l7-case-jpegVintage Gibson Cases?-my-l4-l7-case-open-jpeg

Not sure these had been mentioned, and sorry if they had, but these have always been ' statement' cases for me.....

And not sure whether anyone is still building these, but I do know that same TKL company did offer them, but not recently.....
