Looks like a cool guitar. But unless I’m very much mistaken (which I’ve been before
), it’s “only” a 17” lower bout. The body is 18.5” from heel to pin.
1990 Randy Wood Jazz Archtop
This was handmade by Randy Wood for a customer back in 1990. It is now here on consignment. Very well cared for. Here are the specs: Overall length: 42" Bridge and tailpiece: Solid ebony
Body Length: 18.5" Pickup: Gibson Johnny Smith
Width at nut: 1-3/4" Case is after market hardshell also in excellent condition.
Lower bout: 17" Upper bout: 11-1/2" Scale length: 25-3/8"

Ahh, my mistake, thanks. Maybe it's the curvy shape and 17 fret neck that makes it look so big.
