Last week (or so), he posted on FB that he's taking a little break; I may be wrong on exactly what he said, but that's what I inferred from it. Today I see no FB page and no IG page.

I gave him a deposit and I'm just a tad bit concerned. No, I didn't email him, I'm just wondering if anybody know what's up

Hmm, that doesn't sound good ... I would email him, though, with a "Hey, hope you're OK; I saw your FB was down -- everything good?" tone ...

He pulls away from social media every now and again. I wouldn't worry.

His FB page states " permanently closed". It is not a good look for Victor Baker.

I do suggest trying to get some answers from him, if you can.

Edit: Sorry, that is for his old New York location. He is based in San Diego now. Getting an answer would be reassuring still.

I thought I read on Instagram that he posted he was taking a month off to do some traveling and exploring.

Although that is true, the point is that he has no active social media. He deleted everything that was active.

Instagram has an option to suspend your account, which makes it seem you deleted everything. Given FB is operated by the same company it is probably possible there too (if not only with coupled pro accounts).

It's also possible his account(s) were suspended by Meta, for who knows what reason.

Either way it's strange that a professional goes on a "secred sabbatical" without posting a "we'll be back" sign...

As I originally said, he did make mention of some time off or a "sabbatical," but suspending or deleting seems strange. If I'm not mistaken, I think he posted some pix of him out in the desert, but he posts weekend pix like that all the time.

I did just email him to check in. Auto reply said he will be back on the 15th.
