I agree, m_d, don't sell it. I sold my T145 because I wasn't playing it a lot, because it was sort of similar to my Wu, and I still regret it. I didn't need the money, mostly just needed the storage space, but I could have found that. I have several guitars that I seldom play, and I could probably sell them, but their sentimental value is more than the money I would get for them, and I can get by without the money. Every so often I still consider selling my Benedetto Bambino Deluxe, but I never seem to get around to it.

Yeah, I won't, based on the fact I know deep down I will regret it. In case of any doubt, don't sell. I've learned that lesson the hard way in the past too, foolishly selling a very cool guitar.

I think many here have done that. I was stupid for selling the Artist Award, simply because I didn’t bond with the inlays. Finest guitar I’ve ever owned. Don’t even mention the L5CES I regret moving. Darn I’ve had some very nice guitars. Don’t remind me.

Oh, you sold an Artist Award? I did too (the "very cool guitar" I was casually referring too). For $2.5k, to Mandolin Bros, in the early 2000s. BRILLIANT move.

Yes M_D. And now those guitars are commonly being sold for more than $6k. Well, better to have loved than never loved at all.

Hi All: I bought a custom Eastman from Jeff way back in 2008 when I was visiting family in guitar. What a nice man.

My Custom Eastman is a sweet little 15 inch. Blonde. Seth Lover pick up with the double tap so you can play it single coil (which I prefer) or humbucking. Plus the Howard Roberts "goldfinger" tailpiece, which I love.

It's pristine largely because I mostly play classical now. I am thinking about selling it (agonizing rather than thinking).

If I do sell it, any idea what a fair asking p price would be.

I really feel badly that I'm not playing it much. Here's some pics. Thanks for any thoughts anyone would care to share.....

All these years later and I still love the guitar is has everything one could want in a masterpiece guitar. I also knew Jeff Hale by phone and email he had a great thing but I am sure it was not making him rich. I hope he is well, and Billy is with the Lord.
I live about 10 minutes from where Bill Fender lived. Kind of a curse as I was always tempted to come play with the goodies and I did. He was very nice, had a gorgeous home and sold me my JazzKat amp, Guild X150, and a Campellone Special. Try as I might I never bonded with the Camp but still have the others.
What a stroke of luck to live so close to Bill. RIP.

I gave Jeff Hale a lot of business! (And Bill Fender, too -I almost took over Legato Guitars from Bill, actually!)

When Jeff was resurrecting Raezer’s Edge, he was very reserved about making the announcement. He was concerned about how the move would be taken. For some reason, he actually asked me to make the online announcement for him, a responsibility that I took seriously and handled fairly professionally.

The last time I talked to Geoff Felsher about Jeff was about two years ago and he said he still keeps in touch with him and he is enjoying his retirement.
