    Fred, I appreciate the information. I did contact Joe and purchased a set from him for my ES-330. I suspect they will be just as the doctor ordered. I do like the old pair I have in my L4. They make all the difference when playing at a loud volume with a large band. Looking forward to receiving them. Jerry
