    Hi all!
Searched the forum but didn’t find any comments on how the Boss Waza Air Headphones sound with an archtop. Can they give a satisfactory jazz tone? Anyone know if they can provide a smooth flat wound non-bright tone? The iphone/amp profile apps all seem to be so brittle, I’m sure perfect for other genres, but ours? I haven’t found it.
(Hmm, who moved to a townhome?)))
    thanks in advance!

It works fine for quiet practice. Not the tone I’d want in public performance whether with an archtop or solid body.

Try the Fender Mustang Micro Headphone Amp or NU-X Mighty Plug. The Fender Mustang Micro is a blast.

I had the Waza Air but couldn't get with it, partly but not only cause I don't like using headphones. So sold it. There were some fun features, like surround sound governed by a gyroscope, a smart phone app, and various tones and effects. It seemed like overkill for simple practicing at home.

+1 for the Mustang Micro. Really good sound, even going from the Micro into a computer.

Thank you all for the comments! Been reading up and am going to give the NU-X a try. I like that it has non-Fender amp options (a JC120))) good sound tailoring via the app, and bass amps/cabs that should help get me what Im after. We shall see.
    Will report back!
