It's funny that none of the workers were actually wearing factory clothes. They all dressed up for the occasion wearing necklaces, earrings, fancy dresses while holding asbestos grips and dipping lead cathodes in acid.

To my knowledge, vacuum tubes are currently made in Russia and Slovakia only, after a Chinese plant burned down. The film shows why - in part. Environmental issues come on top. NOS tube inventories won't last forever. Are new tube amps ok from a conscience point of view?
