    Hello,
I have been playing lots of jazz/blues on my accoustic lately and the time has come to buy an electric guitar and amp. Regarding the guitar it is a hard fight between the epiphone sheraton 2 pro and the epiphone joe pass emperor 2. As for the amp, I am on the sub 200€ budget. I had the luck to try the blackstar debut 15e at a local store and I really liked the clean jazzy tones it produces. I cant find the roland cube 10gx on any local store though so I can't try it. What would you pick of the two amps? Have you tried any of the two in the past for jazz/blues? Maybe is there something better in this budget I am missing?

    Blackstar Debut 15E:

    Thanks in advance

the joe pass has the thickest neck i ever played lol

you could buy tons of „better“ amps for your budged in the used market!! if you mind looking for one

you‘re rooting for something small in particular?

the vintage roland cubes (mij) have a great jazzy tone theres a 10“ version of it [Cube 40], even a 8“ [Cube 20] & the 12“ [Cube 60&100]

    hm what else
maybe an older fender solid state amp in the 90s

the red knob series or the black knob series have a great clean fenderish sound and can be found dirt cheap

    [if] you mind looking further

just go for whatever you feel like it

    Thanks for the info!
I ended up bying a used cube 40 for only 100which was in perfect condition and I have to say it blasts with the Sheraton 2 pro. It almost felt like stealing candy from a baby.
