    Hi everyone.

What kind of pro gig bag do you guys use to fit a Moffa Lorraine. If you use a well known brand like Mono cases, Reunion and so on, which modell fits the shape in a good way? Unfortunately Mooradian no longer exists.

Stay safe and sound everyone /J

If the Lorraine is 15 inch then have a look at the Mono M80 for classical guitar. It fits perfectly for my custom 15 inch Archtop (same dimensions). Alternative would be the BAM Peak Performance gigbag for classical guitar, but more expensive and a little heavier than the Mono.

    Hi, Stevus!

Thank you so much for your response. Okay, I have a couple of M80 bags but great advice about the size. I’ve never heard of BAM I think! Looks like great stuff.

    Hi again!

Just If anyone is interested: I sent an email to BAM and received the answer that Moffa already buy cases and bags from them. So I guess I’ll just get in touch with Nico and Lara.

Thank so much for info and the link. I bought one out of the clearance too. Looks great and as you said so much pockets. Anyway it will be a great gig bag for another guitar if I decide to get a BAM or whatever.

Hey! I actually use what Basiner calls their solid body bag but without the extra bottom pad in it for my Lorraine. I initially bought it for my Colling I-35LC after noticing their smallest size had a 15" lower bout clearance, but if you remove the lower pad it's perfect for the Lorraine's slightly larger offset shape. It's very well made and surprisingly light weight for all of the padding. And as mentioned, the pockets are amazing. That middle pocket fits the Hercules folding guitar stands.

I hope they make a narrower and shorter solid body bag one day. There's a lot of room to spare in that bag for Les Pauls and Telecasters. It still fits in almost all of the overheads but if they could shrink it down a bit it would make a wonderful carry-on bag for flying with a solid body.

    Hi!

Thank you for your reply and for clearing that up. Anyway I’ve already bought the semi one, but I guess I’ll buy the one you’re using too. Anyway I guess they’re great bags.

For the Moffa you may also check the Brisq for classical/OM guitar. It's for 15" guitars and a little deeper.
