Hi all,

Curious to see if anyone knows today’s value of one of these from the early 2000’s. Assuming excellent condition. Much thanks!

At least $6500 for a early 2000 Wes model these days. I’ve seen them priced for more. I purchased one for $5k in $2013, and purchased a CES model in 2016 for $5800. Those days are gone.

Color is also going to affect the price. Wine red in the early 2000s was almost purple, and while it has its fans, it's not for everyone. Black Wes Mo's also tend to receive divergent opinions. Sunburst and Natural tend to appeal to a larger audience, and their typically higher prices reflect this.

If someone has a WesL5 or acoustic L5 and they want to part with it contact me. I would pay a reasonable price and no hassles with fees can easily be worked out. Also I would be willing to travel within reason. I don't want a ces 2 pup.
