    Clint, I was wanting to build a rear rout body with just a neck P90. What has been holding me back is that I have been playing jazz on a traditional SSS Strat since the early 60's, 12 flats, and a 3 way switch. Now thinking doing something different to me...seeing your Strats, and the other "jazz" Strats on this thread has my wallet sighing...lol.

    Oh no about your wallet! Why don't you try a P90 and a single coil both in the neck spot? Them in series with a spin a split and a selector (phase) switch works great. You can always select 1 on its own so you have the benefit of 2 neck pickups, plus you can roll them in with each other in series for some extra fatness. And double plus, you get hum cancellation.

    I messed around with the Seymour Duncan PRails with the Triple Shot rings...hhmmmmm.
