Thin hollow body good quality "jazz" guitar. Also 15" or less lower bout. Price-approx $2500 or more.

    Thanks.

Any thinline or hollow tele-style guitar (and you can save some of that money!).

Try an Eastman Romeo, if you can find one.

What about a 1966 Epiphone Sorrento? Kalamazoo made, Gibson mini humbucker, cool ovoid inlays, classic royal olive color. It’s basically the same as a Gibson ES-125TC, but with a mini humbucker.

Ibanez George Benson (GB10). Search you’ll find plenty of love for it here.
MIJ used is in your price range, and beautifully made.
    Good Luck

Any preference for things like neck shape, profile, radius, scale or fret sizes?

Guild Aristocrat RI. Way cheaper than your price point though.

If you can find one, an Eastman T145 is an excellent jazz guitar. I think they're out of production, but sometimes available used. A Benedetto Bambino is very nice, used is about in your price range.

Ibanez AF-75T, if you can find one. Tremendous value!

Found it on the Sweetwater site also. The rim looks wider like the JA-15. Not sure of the lower bout width. 14"?
Also upgrading the pickups gives you a snappy guitar for sure!

Thanks for the suggestion. I was originally thinking of something sort of-kind of-like an Epi Casino, only higher quality.
For some reason I never think of the GB guitars-nothing against them.

Small hands and the beginning of arthritis, so something comfortable to play.

I would imagine a PRS Hollow body would be the ticket! But the newer imports are suppose to be excellent at a much more affordable cost. And used they are a steal!
Dave's Guitars in Lacrosse Wisconsin has a couple around $700 at present. I'm sure you could turn it around quickly if it didn't work out.

Also Bill Comins imports are particularly excellent as well!

Oh, that's a whole other ball game! The ideal thing: "ergonomic" (i.e., "Klein-style") electric -- Forshage (one for sale right now in the Forum!), Sankey, Soulezza, etc. [For a budget version, there's a guy in the UK who sells on Reverb; solid-body, but under $1000 !]

It is not me, I can't play like this.
His name is Davide Petrocca, he plays on a Harley Benton, PRS copy.

    a Harley Benton, PRS copy.
The few PRS SE guitars I've had in my hands have been a
breeze to play. Something I attribute to the "wide fat" neck,
fret work and 10" radius. The HB copy has a 14" radius
and some kind of "C" profile so I would expect the possibility
of a different fretting hand experience.

I see where you're coming from, but I'm more of a traditional player-I can't stand the appearance of those klein type guitars.

    Thanks for trying though.

If "RI" means "reissue", then finding one should not be too much
of a challenge. And, yes, the short scale and light weight of those
guitars make them a contender for an easy playing experience.

Not to a broken record* but Small hands + Arthritis IMHO suggest trying an Ibanez neck. The radius and size are on the thinner side and quite comfy compared to the flat fingerboard, or thick C profile necks that are popular on most brands mentioned.

If you want a 335 type there’s the AS series that Scofield plays, not a bad endorsement.

*anybody remember what a broken record does?

Whoa I like that except for the color. Otherwise... yeah

Those are excellent -- but twice (or more) your budget!
