It's definitely a modified Schaller, which is a fine PAF-like pup. The most plausible secret for the HRW is that the Schaller is frozen in liquid nitrogen. I have heard that from others at Heritage over the years, although it's supposed to be a secret. I asked Ren Wall face to face. He smiled but didn't deny it.
