I second the recommendation for the Milkman The Amp 50W. I bought it for apartment playing and, as I've said elsewhere on here, I really like it. It's a great piece of gear.

A 5 watt combo that deserves to be on your radar is the Cornell Traveller. Really good value for a Made in the UK amp.
