Thanks for the information on the truss as it relates to action and relief. I have since done my own setup and my Ibanez is working fine now. Another simple pointer that helped my bigtime was fretting the 1st and 14th fret and checking string/fret gap at the 6th fret. That has really helped me gauge how flat the neck really is. Thanks for all the help everyone. That Eastman is just a GASeous aftertought now. :-)
