DS 250 Charlie Christian Commemorative Series (11 guitars made in 2016 for the centennial of Charlie's birth)


Jazz Verde Milonga. A 16" carved archtop with floating K. Armstrong PU. Daniël made this guitar in dedication to the Italian singer Paolo Conte. Incredible inlay work with insertion of a piano on the headstock and Italy on the tailpiece.

That one is a Gibson L50 Black Special #4 that Daniël transformed into an ES-150. It is identical to the first batch of black ES-150 that Gibson produced in 1936.

All of them sound magnificient.

Ah well, twist my arm, I'm spamming you guys after all. This Slaman7 keeps inspiring me to write music, so here's a short two part piece I wrote today. I think Rob can enjoy the joke (and spot the parallel octave).
