Wow - it's several decades since I worked in a factory but even then ear protection was available, & compulsory for the 'tourists' on their guided tours. I was too cool to wear it obviously but everybody in this vid is just shouting over the machinery in the background....not to mention the lack of respirators & eye protection, I think I saw one person buffing a guitar wearing a mask but not the woman in the spray shop breathing in all those lovely fumes, toxic when absorbed through the skin / eyes as well - what did I miss?

It looked like she was spraying toward the vent/fan. Maybe that has enough pressure to keep vapors away from her. But still ...

I'd bet part of the restructuring audits / inspections included real hard money estimates to bring the plants up to code if they weren't compliant. Those money guys don't miss a trick.
And hopefully the guy who made this vid isn't the same one who made the ' bulldozer' one.

When I watch these factory videos in general, I cannot imagine how that many high priced guitars are continually being sold.

And the wondrous music Rob creates with any of his three guitars eclipses what most of us could ever make with our larger “collections”. Rob, you are an inspiration.
