    Mikey, I generally don’t like covers, but that was great.
    In his 70’s, George has more Spice in him than anyone Half his age.
    We should do a tribute to him, so he understands just how much he is adored. One of music’s greatest living legends..

    His voice sounds rather gravelly--which is good for these songs...also love the big band rhythm section, ala Brian Setzer.

    I don't think enough appreciation is given for his incredible vocal stylings. He has gone from Nat King Cole to Philip Bailey to, of course, GB, but he can really change it up when it suits his purpose. If he had never picked up a guitar he would be one of the giants of modern pop music as a vocalist.

    George can play anything. Wouldn't surprise me if he came out with an album of Brahms.

    I've listened to this 3 times now and like it more and more. Great to hear the rhythm section so full in the mix. (A weakness of older recordings was that the rhythm section sounded faint.)
