talk me out of selling my tele

i am a fickle and stupid person, i listed this for sale, then put .10s on it in order to sell it more easily... and it plays like butter with .10s and sounds fine... after all that i may just hang on to it, and get a humbucker in a single coil size for the neck... sorry for all the back and forth before i tried something so easy... now let me look at some joe bardens and such....

It is only money . They still make it . You still earn it. guitars still cost some of it. You can replace money with more you earn. You cant replace the guitar you wished you never sold because nothing else will measure up to the memory of it even if in reality you end up with one technicaly better . Keep it and buy whatever is tickling your fancy now. Owner of 10 and dont regret the purchase of a single one of them. I look on it as a form of most enjoyable banking.

put bardens in my 52 ri five years ago , best money i ever spent on guitar mod
and is easily reversible if you arent happy

If I were you I'd keep the Tele and look for a late '90s McCarty. Half the price.

I'd love to hear all about your move, the hows and the whys. Don't want to hijack this thread, but I spent a lot of my childhood in Mexico City and am so intrigued.
