Thank you. Having had a small input to the design of this and the Diablo model makes it even more satsifying.

Thanks Rob. My French guitar teacher Alain will be recording clips soon ( a better man than I! ) on this model and his Diablo. In the meantime, here are clips recorded in the Fibonacci Studio: FIBONACCI CALIFORNIAN AUDIO SAMPLES The tuners are Gotoh SGS510Z. My actual guitar was used for the Darn That Dream clip before dispatch ( see original post ) by Giorgio Serci, direct into his Polytone.

    Absolutely beautiful!!

That's the first Fibonacci I've ever seen - can't wait to hear what it sounds like.

Very nice. Is the tailpiece suspended with a Sacconi/endpin, or is reinforced by a metal bracket/hinge?

Those look like their travel archtops like Doc Dosco was selling.

Lovely Guitar. What's the body size and scale length? Never mind. Found it: 15" lower bout and 24.6" scale length.

One of the best playing/handling guitars I have owned to date ( and that's a lot of years!).

    Thanks.

Thanks Jim. At first, I thought a body that size would be too small for me and my 'meat hook' hands, but in fact all has worked out well. Sound clips here: FIBONACCI CALIFORNIAN AUDIO SAMPLES

Thanks for that. To answer your question - It is reinforced by a metal bracket/hinge.

    Thanks,

    Jim,

The original 'Chiquita' was designed by Graham Esson before he left the European Distribution network that he had established for Peerless, in order to establish his own marque - Fibonacci. The design is his. It thus became one of the first ( and highly successful ) models in the new range. Peerless were left with one or two prototypes that Doc later re-christened I believe. Doc will correct me if I got this wrong. I think the bodies are 13" lower bout. Great projection - all carved top, back and sides :-

I love 15" guitars. I find them much more manageable. Really good decision to have the pick and controls top mounted too. What's the price?
