I wonder if the legs collapse or swivel up? Would be awkward to transport.

I'm not sure that a 5w, 17lb. amp would be all that difficult to transport in any event. It is probably just something that you'd use in the studio or at home.

My fiancée and I have gone full-on Mid-Century for decorating the house, and this little guy would fit in perfectly.

I used to have an Epiphone Valve Jr. which also had that Mid-Century vibe, unfortunately no legs and especially unfortunately I no longer have it...

I'm sweating and getting the shakes as we speak. Tubez and Cream and Turquoise and reverb and TS and footswitch and '50s TV console legs ?!?! Any idea how much this little gem goes for?

    Asking for a fiend.

I just meant that when moving the amp, it would be easy to knock those legs against something, causing them to loosen or get wobbly. I wonder if they unscrew easily.

I bought a '50's Craftsman style home in 1981.......Including bathroom toilet, shower sink, stovetop and oven - - -things that weren't pink were torquoise. ( ' Rose' and ' Seafoam Green ' ). Under the painted green walls was pink paint !
Right after I bought it, coming home every night from work was like waking up one Sunday morning and seeing a Mary Kay pink Cadillac parked in your driveway. ( ' Did I get drunk last night and trade my Oldsmobile for a pink El Dorado ' ??? )
I still live in the house, just changed to other Craftsman colors.
For me, this is the wrong color. Just MHO.

I'm thinking they could be unscrewed and replaced with something rubbery from the hardware store. I'd pad up a tote and be ready to go!

I gave my Granddaughter a AF75T in Seafoam Green that would go nicely with this and not take up too much space in her dorm room.

I wonder if I could swing a twofer?

That cute little Ibanez amp looks like something that Bob P talked about building on Ampage, what, 8 years ago? They even copied his blue/white/gold color motif and used the stubby legs he described:

Building a Guitar Amp Out of an Old PA Head - It Seemed Like a Good Idea... Post 25

I've been thinking about doing the same sort of thing, with the trapezoid geometry and with angled legs, but with stubby legs like a tabletop radio. I was thinking about making mine with a pale blue/white speckled formica with gold trim, in authentic pastel period colors. The angled legs are a must. I'd also put a set of rabbit ears on the top, just as decoration.
I guess the guys at Ibanez must be reading the forums looking for ideas. The next thing you know they'll be copying Baxtercat's "Jetsons" amp, complete with the Bob P antenna idea.

There is only one way I know of to attach those legs - a screw embedded in them that screws into an attachment in the bottom of the amp. It should be simple to just unscrew the legs for transport. But that's 4 extra pieces that have to be kept track of. If I had one (and I won't) I wouldn't take it out.

Those are 5 watt amps -- made to keep around the house and look cool. Also sold as a "desktop amp". Probably more on the side of form rather than function. There are 15 and 30 watt versions that have more utilitarian aesthetics. Built in Tubescreamer is a cool idea.

Fits right in with my ‘new’ amp that I finished recently:

Thanks. I was planning on doing a thread on it, with a sound-demo. I’ll do that as soon as I get it back from my tech who is doing a general health check (although it looked good after I changed all the old electrolyts and kathode caps for new ones). Only 18 watts out of 2 x EL84, so only for low volume gigs, like this one I did with it recently (but with a pretty efficient 12” it seems to have enough headroom):
