I've been asked to play some lines and chord for a Young singer's pop/jazz videoclip production.
I'm pretty happy with the result.
I'm glad to share it...

Sounds as nice as she looks!
Can't complain about the choice of gear either!

Very nice. Contrary to a lot of folks here, I really enjoy some of the smooth/fusion jazz. Been listening to the Watercolors station on Sirius radio quite a bit. The play a LOT of guitar stuff.

Sounds perfect! Congrats Gianluca, really well done. That must have been a fun job :-)

Great playing ... you really took the song somewhere.

Bravo Gianluca, Bravo!

Tone you could eat with a spoon! Well done!

Gianluca,
great playing. She was lucky to have you on her demo.
I see this with a lot of artists that I did demos for. The younger singers pick out a contemporary vocalist and they copy them. Right now, Rihanna is the model for the all the singers who sing every note, flat. Years ago it was Whitney Houston spawning a generation of over singers. Personally, any up coming singer should lock themselves in a room and listen to nothing but Karen Carpenter or Frank Sinatra for 3 years straight and then they should start singing.
The flat singing vocal olympians are killing music.
grande lavoro il mia amico, Joe D.

Joe,
+ 1 to that, I would add Tony Bennett, GeorgeBenson
Ella & Sarah to your preferences, as we're talking
Real singers . Not to detract from Gianluca's post
which is very cool.

Foxman,
I know it sounds funny but I'd add Elvis Presley to that list. Perry Como, Bing and The GREAT Tony Williams (platters). As far as singers who are still alive... Barry Manilow and Barbara Streisand.
Gianluca, I hope you do a demo with one of them. #1 hit!!
