Rather than go by brand name decide if you want a wood, or metal body, brass or steel. They all sound a little different, then choose single cone biscuit or spider bridge (think Dobro) or tricone. It all depends on the sound that you like.

For Jazz I think a tricone or spider bridge would work best. IMHO
