Well Rita arrived safely today and is gorgeous. Right up there with Marilyn. My Byrdland Slim Pickins is lusting over her. Very nice piece of spruce and beautiful flamed maple. Neck is perfect. Like I always say " you are one guitar away from loving Gibson again". Had to spend another $2500 but oh well money you can always make. Actually I name all my guitars. Some are guys and some are girls.
Rita- red L5
Marilyn- blonde L5
Wes- vs L5
Tal- well Tal
Big Bertha- Super 4
Slim Pickins- Byrdland
Herb- ES175 single pu
Joe- L4
Gave my Guild to my son last week. Actually I name my cars and bikes too. My Harley's name is Thumper.

I have named my Harley's since the mid 80's. Guitars? I haven't done that, but given the personal nature of it all, I can see it.
