I use the GB 14s on my chambered Tele -- it actually makes a neat jazz sound.

I was using the GB 14s on my archtops but found that I get a better jazz sound and a better pick feel with the Swing 12s (probably could not tell the difference between the Sings and Bebops in a bind sound test).

Well, I am happy you are keeping it. That is a mighty fine L5CESN you have there, sir. Vinny and Joe are forum brothers who watch your back. As soon as you sell an L5CES you go right out to look for another. Don't let it go unless you wish to stop playing. And I hope you don't wanna stop...

$20 more for tonal transformation from shonky to nirvanal? That is what I call cheap for what it does.

Ya know what. You and Danny and Greentone and the other good gents and ladies have just convinced me to pony up for the T-I GBs.

P.S. The T-I GB114 are €20.75 each from Thomann.de. Postage is a flat rate of €30 for any quantity. Buy 10 sets and they're €23.75 ~ $28 each all in.

    Jabberwocky,

That's a great price. Thanks for the tip. That's the way to go--three guitars that use 'em.
