I have a 1977 Matsumoku Aria Pro II PE 180 (L5 Copy) and while it has some aging on it, it's a first-class guitar. The pick guard had gassed out and the pickups had a green crud on the treble side, but sounded wonderful. So I'm cleaning that off as much as I can. But it's really nice. 5 piece neck (I think), no scarf or heel joint. Big old L5 style tailpiece, long scale, deep body, great neck.
