Rob, I got one of these from US ebay, apparently its like the one fitted to Jim Campilongos signature telcaster. Its fitted to my esquire and is basically a Fender plate with part of the edges ground off. Works fine, but I can't honestly say I 'use' the extra cutaway part for picking a la Campilongo really! I've got another stock tele plate that I drilled for strings along the back panel to try out the sound without the 'through-body' stringing. It worked but I prefer the stock job, -Leo got it right first time IMO!
Doh! Forgot to include the photo but I think you get the idea.
Campilongo and all the other cool kids use toploaders.
Heres's one I found in my junkbox, with chromed steel saddles, but one could just as easily use brass, titanium or unobtanium.
Notice anything missing?

I am not an atheist by choice, but because there are religions. If there weren't any religions, I wouldn't be an atheist.
Anyway.
The OP: simply because evolution hasn't caught up with humans fast...
8 months yesterday, and...I finally had a major breakthrough today....
Somehow found my set. Found breath control. No straining....my embouchure is riding a fat cushion of relaxed lip. I figured...
I tried peanut butter and jealy once, I didn't like it. The two tastes cancelled each other out and it was just mushy. Peanut Butter and Marmite's nice.
I turned my Bianchi Camaleonte 3 hybrid upside down, only to discover the frame was welded together in Cambodia. Not that it matters; my left knee needs a new hinge before I can do any serious...
Nope. If its caused by buzz it might help but its really just the physics of an archtop...or really any guitar. Its just more obvious on an archtop vs other electrics. The thing I am talking about...
